The Human Resources department plays a crucial role in managing personnel administration. Your responsibilities include handling the hiring and termination processes, maintaining leave and sickness records, and recording staff changes. Additionally, you are actively involved in the recruitment process, including managing recruitment and selection channels, processing applications, and conducting initial screening rounds.
Key tasks of Human Resources:
Delivering monthly management reports.
Planning and organizing staff training, such as induction training, Emergency Response Officer (ERO) training, and safety training.
Coordinating projects such as career events, internship events, and process improvements.
Providing introductory packages for new employees.
Performing all other supportive administrative tasks.
Monitoring anniversaries, giving presentations, and conducting tours.
Setting up an employee satisfaction survey.
