Retention period applications

We have decided to keep the applications in the Hotelprofessionals system available to you for a maximum of 4 months. This means that we will remove all applications older than 4 months out of the system. We have chosen for this period because the application process can varyup to 3 months. At the end of the application procedure, the retention period is 4 weeks. We will start deleting the applications as of the 1st of June, so you have time to take a look into relevant information you might need.

Manually delete applications

It is possible to manually remove applications in the application overview. This can be done by ticking the relevant application(s), then choosing 'Action' for the delete option and apply.

Privacy policy

To inform the applicant on our website about how we handle personal data, we have composed a privacy statement. In the statement we inform them about how we protect our data, the cookie statement and the retention period of their personal data.
