Your Role as Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue through proactive sales activities and identifying new business opportunities. Together with the sales and events team, you will deliver bespoke solutions that meet the needs of our high-end clientele.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and expand the client portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, DMCs, and other partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE and leisure markets.
• Respond to sales inquiries and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Conduct site inspections with potential clients, showcasing our unique facilities.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.
• Contribute to monthly reports on sales performance and revenue trends.
