Your day…

As an All-round Front Office Employee, no day is the same. We're a small hotel with no distinct departments, so everyone gets to be truly versatile. This way, you'll experience all facets of the operation! Examples of your responsibilities include:

  • Running a smooth day-to-day operations within the front office and helping our housekeeping heroes whenever it is needed.
  • Reception duties like check –in and –out guests, assisting with guest requests via phone/email and recommending the hidden gems of Amsterdam in order for our guests to get the full experience during their stay.
  • Administrative tasks such as reservations and payments.
  • Checking and maintaining together with our housekeeping heroes the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.

You are...

A multitasking hospitality hero with a fresh perspective, a hands-on mentality, and a proactive attitude. Together with the team, you aim to deliver the highest quality and strive to exceed our guests' expectations. Switching between different tasks, being organized and being communicative is in your nature. You adore the Jordaan, have a fondness for Amsterdam, and reside in the area of Amsterdam. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus, but a strong command of at least Dutch and English is a requirement. Both full-timers and part-timers are warmly welcomed here.
