About the Role: As one of our two sous chefs, you assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation. You manage the kitchen team, plan and coordinate, place orders, ensure HACCP guidelines are followed, and contribute to menu development. With our mix of corporate and leisure guests, no day is the same, making variety a key aspect of the role.
Important: You have at least 1 year experience in a leadership role in the kitchen and you are familiar with events of at least 300 people. The focus is mainly on weekdays with occasional weekend shifts. Private transportation is necessary. Speaking Dutch and/or English is required.
