For the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, we are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager who is enthusiastic about a dynamic and varied working environment.

As Assistant F&B Manager, you will assist with purchasing, preparation and service of food & beverage products within our various hospitality outlets. You will support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating the service, bar, banqueting and room service.

Within the Maritim Hotle Amsterdam, we have the following F&B outlets:

-       Restaurant Loef: Our restaurant with extensive buffet.

-       Restaurant Kazue: Our Japanese concept where we serve dishes with natural ingredients.

-       The Wiener Café: The living room of the hotel and the neighbourhood. Here we serve á-la-carte breakfast, lunch and dinner with an Austrian theme.

-       Restaurant Noord: Our fine-dining restaurant on the 32^nd floor, where we work with local products.

-       Rooftop Bar Noord: Our rooftop bar with stunning views over Amsterdam
