Restaurant Hulscher’s, the restaurant of Hotel Die Port van Cleve, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

  • A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km which a maximum of 250,- euros per month.

What is important to know about this feature?
The team consists of a Restaurant Manager, Assistants, employees, interns and students. During your shift you are responsible for the operation in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner, the bar and room service. You maintain the total overview and inspire the team with your entrepreneurial spirit and strive for the highest guest satisfaction.
The Restaurant Manager coaches you in guiding your shift and helps you to develop further.
 
Who are we looking for?

  • You speak English

  • You can keep an overview and can adjust the planning if necessary

  • You are able to manage the team in a pleasant way

  • You are flexible and guest-oriented; wanting to provide optimal service is something you have in you, sometimes this is customization

  • Leadership experience is a plus, not a must

  • Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work- & think level
