The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as an Assistant Styling (Housekeeping) Manager! 

 

What are my responsibilities? 

As an Assistant Styling Manager, you support the Styling Manager in leading our Styling (Housekeeping) Team and help ensure our guests experience an inspirational and impeccably clean stay. You are hands-on, proactive, and passionate about creating a memorable environment for guests and a positive atmosphere for our ambassadors. 

You assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Styling department, coordinating shifts, monitoring cleaning standards, and ensuring all areas are spotless and inviting. You work closely with the team to train, support, and motivate them, while also stepping in when needed to ensure the job gets done. You collaborate with other departments to keep communication smooth and operations efficient. 

You help maintain the budget, manage inventory and supplies, and play a key role in quality control by conducting inspections and following up on guest feedback. Every day, you strive to go beyond cleanliness, you are here to create an experience worth sharing.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed.
