What are your tasks?

You handle every request with the same enthusiasm, enjoy talking to our customers and deliver a perfect script to our colleagues. You are responsible for selling our halls and rooms and the coordination & communication of various events. By delivering a detailed script, our colleagues from the operational departments can fulfill your promise to the guest. You provide site inspections to sell our hotel and banqueting options. After the event, you take care of the financial settlement and after sales, where your goal is of course to make a new booking.

Who are you?

Completed higher professional education, preferably Hotel or Commercial Management
Some work experience in a similar position
Good command of Dutch and English Knowledge and experience in the Hospitality industry
You take initiative and can work independently
Strong sense of need to achieve goals and success
Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
