What will you do?

As a Banqueting Chef you will be responsible for the culinary part of all our event. Be it business meetings, reunions, conferences or intimate diners, you make sure every event is provided with delicious dishes of the highest quality and best presentation.

Some of your responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure buffets and food stations are replenished on time in collaboration with the F&B team and are presented appropriately.
Prepare dishes according to recipes and high-quality standards for consistent taste and presentation.
Contribute to the development of new banqueting menus and cycles, where you can fully express your creativity.
Provide clear advice on ingredients and allergens to guests for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
Share your cooking skills and tips with your team to promote collective growth.
Continuously monitor and ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes.
Ensure all kitchen processes meet the highest safety and hygiene standards.
Efficiently manage inventory to minimize waste and work with fresh products at all times.
Respond quickly and effectively to challenges to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
