Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus is looking for a driven and service-oriented Banqueting Supervisor! Do you have a passion for hospitality and are you a true team player? What will you do?
As a Banqueting Supervisor, you are the link between the team and the guests. You ensure that events run smoothly and lead the banqueting team during execution. You are responsible for coordinating the setup and breakdown of event spaces, overseeing service, and ensuring that everything is carried out according to plan. You work closely with the kitchen, sales department, and other teams to make each event a success. Additionally, you motivate your colleagues, lead by example, and step in where needed. Thanks to your dedication and eye for detail, our guests experience an unforgettable event.

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels. Amrâth Hôtels consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations, from Maastricht to Alkmaar. They are characterized by comfort, personal service, and a unique identity.
Your qualifications
You have experience in the hospitality or events industry.
You have leadership skills and know how to motivate a team.
You are guest-oriented and have an eye for detail.
You think in solutions and remain calm, even during busy moments.
You can work both independently and as part of a team.
You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language. Do you speak an additional language? That’s a great plus!

A salary in accordance with the Horeca collective labor agreement, based on your experience and contract type.
A one-year contract with the possibility of extension. We want you to stay with us!
