Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park opened in November 2022 and is our first 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in the green Oosterpark in Amsterdam East. The hotel has already won several awards and achieved a top 3 ranking on TripAdvisor within a year and 3 months of opening, leaving behind more than 400 other hotels in the Dutch capital.

Your role:
Are you enthusiastic about running and detailing high-end events and enjoy making sure everything runs perfectly? Then we have the perfect career opertunity for you. We are looking for an Banquet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for our events from start to finish. You arrange everything: from the set-up before the event, exceeding guest expectation, running of events to the re-set afterwards.
You don't work alone. You will work with different teams to make sure every detail is to the highest standards. Your talent for organising and your ability to bring people together are crucial to ensure that each event runs above all expectations.
As our Banqueting Supervisor, you will take charge of projects and ensure that every event is something special that our guests will not forget. You will ensure that each event not only runs smoothly, but also becomes a great experience for everyone.
This full-time job offers you the chance to get creative every day and really makes an impact in your daily work. You will be reporting directly to the Director of F&B.

Who are you?
-You finished secondary hotel school or a similar education
-You control the English and Dutch language
-You have good social and communications skills
-You are stress resistant and have a high degree of accuracy
-You are capable to work in a team as well as individually
-Experience at a high luxury hotels and events is mandatory.
