What will be your role?
As a Bar Supervisor at Taiko Bar, you will help lead a dedicated team of bartenders, ensuring our bar remains at the top of Amsterdam's vibrant bar scene. You will assist in supervising the team of Bartenders and Waiters, inspire guests with Taiko’s international cocktail menu and Asian-inspired dishes, and uphold exceptional service standards. You will ensure guests feel warmly welcomed and deliver a memorable experience while supporting cost and payroll control to maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Taiko Bar Manager and other Bar Supervisor to achieve team and business objectives.

Who are we looking for?
Our new Bar Supervisor is passionate about the art of crafting cocktails and skilled in leading a team to success. You have an open personality, enjoy engaging interactions with guests and colleagues, thrive in teamwork, and excel under pressure. Additionally, you bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel bar in Amsterdam;

• Experience with quality control, purchasing, and bar management;

• Strong multitasking and time management skills;

• Excellent command of English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus);

• Ideally based in or near Amsterdam.
