As our 'Brand Marketing Coordinator' you play a pivotal role in guarding the identity of our brands. With a keen eye for detail, design and messaging as well as a talent for organisation, you'll be aligning team efforts and communications to maintain brand consistency across all our B2B and B2C marketing materials and campaigns. Assisting with the production and creative design of various marketing tools will be part of your day-to-day work, such as print collateral, online branding and advertising materials.

- Working with the Content and wider Marketing teams on delivering brand awareness and tactical B2B and B2C campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue for the hotels.
- Coordination and maintenance of our digital hotel asset management system (Webshop) including ensuring all brand hotel assets are up to date and meeting brand standards, and our users are enabled in making the most of Webshop.
- Supporting and advising our key internal Brand stakeholders on our brand guidelines, brand compliance, consistency of their outputs as well as brand knowledge (HR, Procurement, IT, Hotels, Marketing, Guest Experience, etc).
- Creating various brand materials, presentations and research for different purposes.
- Communicating brand updates to key stakeholders and ensuring brand updates are
- implemented in appropriate locations (eg. intranet, brand websites, social, shared drives).
- Work with print suppliers to deliver top quality marketing materials at a cost-effective price
- Working with agencies and/or support in artwork creation/adaptation of on-line and off-line assets in InDesign/Photoshop.
- Supporting the Brand team in the development of photo, video and 360 views products
- including lifestyle shoots, planning and roll-out.
- Supporting in maximising and daily maintenance of the interactive TV systems and digital signage in all hotels.
- Working with Brand stakeholders to understand their challenges and marketing requirements, and to uncover new ways and opportunities to enhance our brands.
- Establish and maintain good and efficient working relationship with suppliers as well as Radisson Hotel Group.
