Breakfast Attendant
For our beautiful hotel in Hilversum, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our F&B team. In your role, you are responsible for providing our guests with an unforgettable breakfast experience. Every morning, you ensure that our guests feel warmly welcomed and that they lack nothing!
What will you do?
Upon arrival, you immediately coordinate with your colleagues to discuss any special items on the agenda. Nothing escapes your attention, especially when it comes to room service promised to the hotel guest in room 314 at 8:30 AM, or the gluten-free breakfast for the guest with a gluten allergy. You then take the lead in setting up the restaurant, making sure everything is perfect for breakfast. As soon as the first guests arrive, you welcome them warmly and ensure a flawless breakfast experience. After all, providing a great breakfast is a piece of cake for you! Once the meal is over, you leave no corner untidy; the restaurant and kitchen are left spotless while you carefully fill out the temperature and control checklists.
Where will you do this?
Amrâth Hotel Lapershoek Hilversum is located in a magnificent villa in Hilversum. The hotel has 80 hotel rooms and 9 meeting rooms for conferences and/or festive occasions for up to 600 people, a restaurant, conservatory, bar, and terrace. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and by car. Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels. Amrâth Hôtels consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands, located in unique and central locations from Maastricht to Alkmaar. Our hotels are known for their comfort, personal service, and unique character.
Your baggage
• You have either Horeca (hospitality) experience or are eager to learn this from an involved team.
• You are friendly and approachable with a hospitable attitude. It’s in your DNA to go the extra mile for the guest.
• You are flexible; a weekend shift or working on a holiday doesn’t scare you.
• You have good knowledge of the Dutch and/or English language. Do you speak an additional language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!
What do we offer you?
• An inspiring role of 38 or 32 hours, where every day is a source of energy.
• A salary according to the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement based on Reference Function B.3.2, based on a full-time contract of 38 hours, and depending on your experience.
