For our Clockwise restaurant, located in Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic team. Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre is part of International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), a hotel management company with a portfolio of six hotels.

What will your workday look like?
Coordinating and replenishing the breakfast buffet
Preparing dishes with fresh ingredients
Ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations
Independently carrying out mise-en-place tasks
Maintaining high product quality standards
Keeping the kitchen clean and organized during and after shifts
Although you will mainly be doing breakfast shifts, you will occasionally be expected to prepare lunch and dinner as well

Have a passion for cooking
Have experience in a similar role
Experience with orders and HACCP is a plus
Are guest-oriented and enjoy interacting with guests. We strive to provide excellent guest service
Work well with colleagues
Have a good command of Dutch and/or English
