Breakfast Chef

As a Breakfast Chef in the Renaissance you will be responsible for opening the kitchen during the morning and assisting with guest orders at the omelet station. You will be responsible for arranging the mise en place with fresh items to guarantee a smooth service to our guests. During the breakfast hours you will work at the egg-station and during the lunch times you will prepare dishes from the a la carte menu. As a Breakfast Chef in the Renaissance you will be able to develop yourself and gain a lot of experience in an international environment.

Your day will consist of…

Working at the egg-station and preparing eggs according to the guests wishes
Coordinate with the Restaurant Team to ensure that breakfast buffet is replenished
Preparing and cooking according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
Ensuring that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Sous Chef
Advising the guests about ingredients and allergies
Sharing your knowledge in the kitchen to your colleagues

Have experience in a similar position
Are guest oriented and like contact with the guests. We aim to provide excellent guest service
Are a team player
Have a good understanding of the Dutch and/or the English language
Are flexible. You can work on both weekdays and weekends
