H2OTEL
H2OTEL is a floating hotel with 48 rooms located in the heart of Rotterdam (just steps away from the Markthal and Witte de Withstraat). Every day, we serve an extensive breakfast with fresh dishes from the kitchen for both hotel guests and external visitors.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
Your tasks:
Preparing and managing the breakfast buffet
Cooking à la carte warm and cold breakfast (if applicable)
Ensuring hygiene and HACCP standards
Managing stock and passing on orders
Your profile:
Experience as a (breakfast) chef or similar role
Guest-focused, independent, and calm under pressure
Available in the mornings (also during weekends)
