What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

In the Winter Garden we serve breakfast daily for our hotel guests. As a breakfast cook you are part of the large breakfast team and therefore jointly responsible for giving the guest a special experience. By preparing dishes, you ensure that the guests lack nothing. You are versatile and prepare orders by performing à la minute cooking activities and preparing mise en place.

You are also responsible for planning your daily activities, complying with safety regulations and responsible for cleaning your own working environment.
