What is important to know about this job?
The team consists of a Chef, Sous Chef, (demi) Chef de Partis, breakfast chefs and apprentice chefs. The kitchen takes care of breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting parties and room service. In the position of Breakfast Chef, you are responsible for the breakfast (buffet), lunch, and mise end place activities for dinner. Generally working hours are 6:00am - 2:00pm. The Chef is your coach and helps you to develop further.
Who are we looking for?
Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
You have experience in a similar position and experience with HACCP.
You are flexible, collegial and you work independently.
You can start your shift at 6 am
