For our breakfast service, we are looking for morning colleagues.

We are seeking an enthusiastic early bird with an open attitude, who embraces a positive outlook on life and possesses the following skills and qualities:
- Enjoys working in the morning!
- Fixed hours or flexible? Both are possible!
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude. Shares knowledge and experience and initiates plans and ideas.
- Proficiency English. Dutch is preferred but not a requirement
- A third foreign language (German or French) is advantageous.
- Capable of making independent decisions.
- Maintains composure as workload increases.
- Weekends are not an issue.

And what will you be doing?
Food preparation and presentation: Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes with attention to detail and aesthetics, including hot dishes, cold dishes, fresh fruit, and various types of bread.
Inventory management: Being responsible for inventory management, placing orders, and ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Workspace: Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in the kitchen and the breakfast area, including maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
Guest service: Providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
Potentially assisting with lunch and banqueting.
Collaboration: Effectively collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operation of the breakfast buffet, including coordinating timing and communication.
Quality control: Continuously monitoring the quality of dishes and using guest feedback to make improvements and enhance overall satisfaction.
Experience is valuable and preferred, but certainly not a strict requirement. We prefer that you fit into our team and bring your own experiences to be the complement we are looking for.
