Based in Munich, we are expanding all over Europe. Our main goals are happy guests and an enthusiastic and dedicated team.

 Who are we looking for?

If you are good at welcoming people, if you enjoy hosting and if you have a passion for the hotel industry and hospitality, then you have come to the right place. We also expect you to enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to work across different departments to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay.

You are also open, you have good communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, positive appearance and good manners. Your positive qualities also include a high level of quality awareness and service orientation, and your goal is to keep developing. Standing still does not exist in the hotel industry. There is always something to do and you prefer to work under pressure.

You like to take on responsibilities and enjoy coaching, challenging and stimulating those who work with you. You have excellent social skills, you already have some years of experience working in a busy breakfast and you constantly strive to develop your employees and also help them develop.
