nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base. 

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a people person with vibrant personality and a genuine approach. We offer a buffet breakfast to our guests on the 17th floor, complemented by the beautiful views. The breakfast hours are 7.00 - 10.30 (weekdays) and till 12.00 at weekends. The Shifts start as early as 6.30 and finish around 14.30. The team of around 15 colleagues is very international and is led by the Breakfast Manager and two breakfast supervisors.   

What are you going to do? 

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation of your breakfast shift. Aside from planning your team for the day and briefing them, you will be actively working on following up on standards of service, supporting the team during the shift, handling guest complaints, planning and executing group lunches that take place in the breakfast restaurant, and much more.
