ClinkNOORD Hostel in Amsterdam, part of the vibrant Clink Hostels Group, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Breakfast Team Leeader to ensure our breakfast offering and service is next level!! That when our guests leave they talk about the breakfast and not the bed they stayed in (well almost!).

Our Team Leads are one of a kind. They are ambitious, driven, part time magicians and full time problem solvers!! They are an integral part of our operations team at our hostels being both front facing with our guests and working behind the scenes with our teams ensuring everything is working smoothly. We are hiring for a Breakfast Team Leader to support our management team in giving our guests the best breakfast experience a hostel can provide. You will lead a team of Clinkees who are diverse, creative, fun and love to create great experiences for our guests. We can promise you that no two days are the same but that's a good thing right?

Role Snapshot:

In this role with the support of the management team, your overall responsibility will be ownership of the breakfast area as well as supporting our other F&B outlets when needed. You will make sure that the breakfast service is to standard and that the morning vibe is inclusive, morning appropriate (none needs to hear house music at 7am) and that a warm welcome is there for our guests. You will support the team while on shift, ensuring the guest is always looked after, standards are being delivered as well as providing on the job coaching and training. The guest experience at Clink is key to our success, ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their time with us.

Who are you?

You are passionate about delivering a great guest experience, who can put our guests needs first, has strong people skills and who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best they can be. You are flexible to work mornings from a 6am start five days a week which can include weekends and public holidays. You can work in a fast-paced environment, use your initiative and work well under pressure and independently. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and has a passion for travel and the hospitality industry
