As a Butler, you belong to the excellent team of Hotel TwentySeven, which is fully focused on personalized services and meeting all the wishes and desires of our guests. After the internal butler training, you will independently take responsibility for the guests staying in one of the 16 suites of Hotel TwentySeven. What makes this position so special is that you act as the main point of contact for Hotel TwentySeven and are the determining factor that provides our guests with as much as possible.
In short, this is what you will do:
• Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their assigned suite;
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to meet the wishes and needs of our guests;
• Deliver drinks and dishes from the Room Service menu to the suite;
• Serve guests in a calm, discreet, and courteous manner;
• Regularly communicate with guests and, if desired, organize their daily schedule;
• Create a guest profile, noting all preferences;
• Offer hotel facilities to guests and plan those;
• Multitask while maintaining clear oversight;
• Analyze and efficiently handle guest feedback.
Here's where you'll recognize yourself:
• Hospitality experience is required, preferably within 5-star service;
• Excellent command of Dutch or English;
• Guest- and service-oriented mindset;
• Independent and responsible attitude;
• Service-oriented;
• Solution-focused;
• Team player, not only do you work closely within the Butler team, but you are also the link between all relevant departments;
• Available at different times of the day: morning, midday, evening, and weekends.
What we offer you:
- Salary between €2,235.25 and €2,500 (gross based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience);
- Prospect of a permanent contract;
