Located at Kanaalstraat 197, you’ll find the only hotel in Lombok. With stained glass windows, old wooden beams, a courtyard, a restaurant, a bar, and a chapel over 100 years old for events, The Anthony offers a unique atmosphere. Here, you can eat, sleep, work, meet, enjoy drinks, or simply drop by and find yourself staying longer than planned.

Chef de partie (30-38 hrs per week)
The Anthony Hotel is looking for a chef de partie for the hotel’s sole kitchen. From this kitchen, all meals are prepared for the restaurant, café, and events department. The quality and presentation of the food, along with the atmosphere within the team, are our top priorities. You’re naturally flexible, resilient, and above all, passionate about your craft, excited to contribute to a growing business.

What will you do?

• Prepare dinner according to our quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).

• Manage inventory and provide input on purchasing.
