Chef de partie - Amsterdam

As a Chef de partie you know how important your appearance is. You ensure that all activities in the kitchen run smoothly. You are the one who makes the changes to the menu and comes up with new recipes. During your shift you ensure that the regulations in the field of safety, working conditions, HACCP and work and performance methods are correctly implemented.

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

·         You coordinate an efficient preparation process;

·         You order supplies from suppliers;

·         You make agreements with suppliers about prices and delivery conditions within guidelines;

·         Discuss the variable menu with the F&B Manager;

·         Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and safety regulations;

·         The implementation of the personnel policy for a kitchen of 8-10 employees;

·         Guaranteeing and ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere;

·         Assessments and performance of employees.
