We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie with a strong interest in banqueting-style production kitchens to join our diverse team. In this role, you will focus on preparing high-volume buffets and group meals, including lunches and dinners for meetings, events, and hotel guests, as well as breaks for conferences. While à la carte service is part of the role, the primary focus is large-scale group catering.
