What does the role entail?
Contributing to the (pre)paration of dishes for room service, the bazaar, breakfast, and staff meals
Being service-oriented in an open kitchen, with a strong focus on presenting both yourself and the work environment professionally
Maintaining good relationships with colleagues within your department and with those from other departments by adhering to the Core Principle (Open, Honest & Respectful)
Respecting and complying with the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy
Coordinating and organizing tasks in the bar
Performing other tasks assigned by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maximize business opportunities.
