For our beautiful hotel in The Hague, we are looking for an Independent Chef de Partie! What will you be doing?
You will work closely with your team to prepare high-quality and flavorful dishes that perfectly match the style and ambiance of the hotel. With a passion for quality and an eye for detail, you will ensure that our dishes exceed guests' expectations.
You will be part of a dedicated kitchen team, working independently and in a structured manner while supporting your colleagues. Together, you will elevate the culinary experience to the next level! You will closely monitor stock levels, ensure accurate orders, and always keep cost control in mind without compromising on freshness or quality.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will collaborate closely with other departments in the hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a perfectly coordinated experience. From the first bite to the last dish.

Your Profile
You have completed a culinary education or have equivalent experience.
You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language. Do you speak an extra language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!
You are flexible; working weekends or on public holidays is not a problem for you.
You have experience as an Independent Chef de Partie in a high-quality hospitality environment.
You have a structured work approach and great attention to detail.

A 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. We want you to stay with us!
