Hotel Kint, located in the heart of Valkenburg, is housed in a historic monastery and has positioned itself as the city’s modern and trendy hotel. The hotel features 32 rooms and is home to Bistro Francis, a cozy, high-quality bistro on the ground floor, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. It is the beating heart of our hotel, with an impressive central bar and a large open kitchen where we give traditional bistro dishes a modern twist.

Check-in and check-out can be easily done via smartphone, but our team of welcoming staff is always available to greet guests with a warm welcome.

Hotel Kint and Bistro Francis are part of the Eclect hotel group, which also includes Landgoed Altenbroek and Blankthuys. In 2025, we will be welcoming a fourth hotel and restaurant to our group.

At Bistro Francis, we spoil our guests with high-quality, indulgent bistro cuisine. From our beautiful open kitchen, you’ll have a great view of the restaurant as you prepare delicious dishes.

What will you do?

Prepare and serve high-quality Bourguignon-style bistro dishes, handle mise en place and general kitchen duties.
Contribute ideas and collaborate within our culinary concept.
