Are you an experienced professional in reservations and ready for an exciting step in your career? For our three prestigious Wyndham hotels at Schiphol, we are looking for a Cluster Reservations Supervisor to take our reservations department to the next level.

About the Role:

As the Cluster Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the reservation process for our three hotels. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from the moment of booking. Additionally, you will work closely with the Revenue Management department to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.

What Will You Do?

• Manage the reservation process for rooms and group bookings for all three hotels.

• Lead and motivate the reservations team to deliver excellent service and efficiency.

• Ensure correct processing of reservations in our systems and follow up on requests.

• Analyse booking trends and report insights to management.

• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to support sales strategies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for complex or special reservation requests.

• Train and develop team members to maintain a high level of service.
