The Dutch Cluster Sales Team represents six unique properties across three different Hilton brands, located in key cities throughout The Netherlands.

What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Sales Executive, your primary focus will be developing new business opportunities. This role is specifically responsible for Corporate and MICE accounts in the Utrecht region while supporting other Hilton Hotels in the cluster.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and (tele) prospecting business opportunities within the Utrecht region and assigned industries.

  • Developing small and medium-sized accounts to drive business into the specific hotel and cluster, increasing market share across all revenue streams.

  • Contracting new prospect accounts within both the Corporate and Meeting segments to achieve hotel revenue targets.

  • Initiating sales strategies to increase revenue across the cluster hotels in The Netherlands.

  • Supporting Sales Managers with various activities, including account development and client entertainment.

  • Monitoring performance on a monthly basis, reviewing variances, pace, and developments.

  • Conducting site inspections and presentations for accounts and prospects.

  • Providing weekly and monthly updates on account development, lead generation, and prospecting via sales reporting tools.

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, we’re looking for someone who demonstrates the attitude, behaviors, skills, experience, and values outlined below:

  • A minimum of 1 year of pro-active sales or banquet sales experience in the hospitality or leisure industry.

  • A proven track record of sales successes.

  • Creativity in finding new opportunities for the hotel(s).

  • A passion for sales and achieving targets and objectives.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • A driver's license.

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
