We are looking for a Commercial Manager for two leading hotels in Amsterdam on behalf of our client.

Are you a natural leader with sharp commercial instincts and a passion for hospitality? In this role, you will be the driving force between strategy and execution, with the opportunity to shape and implement the commercial direction for two unique hotel locations in Amsterdam.

As Commercial Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial success of both properties. You’ll work closely with local teams and national departments such as Revenue Management, Reservations, and Marketing. You’ll lead, inspire and develop a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture where commercial thinking is second nature.

What will you do?

Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy in collaboration with marketing and revenue management
Lead the commercial team in Amsterdam and drive commercial growth across both properties
Create local and in-house sales strategies across different segments (business, leisure, education, co-working)
Draft and manage proposals and contracts for national and international accounts
Build long-term partnerships and unlock opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Monitor and optimize the distribution of products and services within the hotels

What do you bring?

At least 4 years of experience in a commercial role within the hospitality industry
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economics
Proven experience with acquisition and relationship management
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce
A local network within the tech, digital, or creative industries is a plus
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (French is a plus!)
You are results-driven, entrepreneurial, and a natural connector
