DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station offers great views, exceptional service and vibrant food & beverage outlets and is currently looking for Concierge to join the Concierge team.
Our hotel offers an award-winning rooftop bar & terrace, a Lobby Bar, a restaurant, our very own LOT61 Coffee Store, Amsterdam’s most extensive breakfast buffet, fifteen versatile meeting rooms, and 557 guest rooms.
As a Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our guests, which is why we value a representative appearance alongside a caring and enthusiastic nature. As each working day is different, an innovative approach to work and a great set of problem-solving skills will help you on your way to become an essential part of the team.
You are no stranger to multitasking and storytelling is in your nature as you help each guest on their way to a truly fantastic stay, while enlightening them with your knowledge of the city and its features. Apart from giving guests information, running errands and arranging their needs in the city, you also accompany them to their rooms and assist with luggage.

Who are we looking for / What will you be doing?
To fill this position successfully, it is important that you have the following skills:
Good communication skills.
Enthusiastic, flexible and eager to learn.
Mastering the English language
