Your Role in Our Story:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them in discovering both the iconic and hidden gems of Amsterdam.
• Handle a variety of requests, from booking tickets and making reservations to planning personalized day trips.
• Collaborate with the concierge team to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
• Provide tailored recommendations, ensuring every guest experiences the best of Amsterdam.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with a passion for guest service.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations and work dynamic shifts.
• A "Can Do" attitude, with knowledge of Opera systems being a plus.
