We are searching for an experienced, energetic, and motivated independent working chef with a passion for the hospitality industry. As an independent working chef, you will collaborate with a team and be responsible for preparing our high-quality dinner dishes. You have an eye for detail and creatively combine flavors. Additionally, you are a team player who can also work independently. In the kitchen, you keep everything organized, and stress rarely affects you. Even in the heat of the moment, you remain calm and approachable. Your culinary creations leave people wanting more and can frequently be found in new menus and methods. During your evening shift, you, along with our sous chef and the rest of the kitchen team, are ready to provide hotel guests with the most delicious dishes.

Brasserie Mme Coco is located in the Fashion Hotel Amsterdam, opposite the World Fashion Centre, the meeting place for the national and international fashion industry. The theme of fashion is evident in every aspect of the brasserie. At Mme Coco, guests can enjoy a comprehensive breakfast with delicious coffee, juices, or a nice cup of tea. Guests can also indulge in lunch or dinner here. Our kitchen brigade is ready daily to prepare culinary dishes. In addition, Mme Coco has an extensive wine list. Due to our ambitions and growth, there is also room for advancement within the WestCord Fashion Hotel!
