We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager!

As Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the corporate market and its various segments that we can facilitate with our full service Aparthotel/Extended Stay. You will work closely with your colleagues from the Reservations team and the Event Sales Team at Papa's Houses. You enjoy discovering new opportunities within an organisation that is doing well commercially, helping to optimise current locations and preparing the company for further growth towards new locations.

With your commercial qualities, you achieve maximum results, give your input to create budgets, on which you then create your own sales plan. You do this productively and above all with a lot of job satisfaction. You are a team player and with all your actions you think about whether it will be a one-person show or whether you will make it a duo performance with one of your colleagues in order to always talk professionally and to the right people. On a daily basis, you work not only with the sales team, but also with the hotel and location managers with whom we carry the commercial success together.

A full-service 4-star hotel where you not only stay for a few nights as a corporate or leisure guest, but can just as easily live for a few months or even a year. Who are we looking for?

You're not afraid of the phone, preferably have lunch with a different client every day and have an impressive open coffee account in the hotel, where quality always comes before quantity. Your agenda is filled weekly with acquisition for new partnerships, relationship management and closing corporate contracts of which relocation & expat business is an important part.

Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, motivated, goal-oriented and confident.
At least 2 years of working experience in hotel sales.
HAVO/VWO level of working and thinking.
Strong communication skills with good oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
Customer and guest-oriented.
Reliable with a sense of responsibility and a real team player.
A relevant existing network of corporates and business agents is a plus.
In possession of driving license B.
Knowledge of Windows Office and knowledge of MARSHA & Opera is a plus.
