About the Role
In our restaurant, you will work 32 hours per week as an apprentice. Typically, you will work 4 days of 8 hours each, but with us, you'll work long days (11:00 AM - 10:00 PM), meaning you'll work 3 days and have 4 days off, which is quite nice! As an apprentice, you can also have weekends off if you wish. If all goes well, you could be running your own section independently in a relatively short time, whether on the line, in the pastry section, or at the pass sending out dishes.
