Job Description:

As a dishwasher, you play an essential role in our kitchen team. You ensure that dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils are always clean and available. You will work closely with our chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and clean working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils using an industrial dishwasher.

• Manually cleaning larger kitchen equipment and cookware when necessary.

• Sorting and storing clean dishes and cutlery.

• Maintaining the dishwashing area and ensuring a clean work environment.

• Assisting the kitchen team with general cleaning tasks.

• Disposing of waste and ensuring recycling is done according to hotel policy.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience as a dishwasher is a plus, but not required.

• A positive and flexible work attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle stress and work at a fast pace.

• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
