Duty Management Internship - Schiphol

What are you going to do?

 Operational support:

• Implement review management, analysis and plan of approach together with the Front Office Manager;

• Guest relations management, receiving VIP guests and supporting the Accor Loyalty Program;

• Supply chain management, supporting the Operations Manager through ordering and performing product/ price analyses;

• Carrying out quality checks in hotel rooms, public areas and at the breakfast;

• Support the General Manager and the Operations Manager with ongoing projects;

• Supporting the F&B department in daily operations;

• Supporting the Front office in daily operations.

Revenue support:

• Supporting the hotel's pricing strategy (Ideas/ Continues Pricing);

• Monitoring the daily performance of ADR/ Occupancy/ RevPar (Excel);

• Monitoring the performance of all competitors (OTA Insights);

• Supporting in forecast revenue performance (PowerBI);

• Supporting with market segmentation and future turnover strategy;

• Analyze booking patterns and market trends.

Who are we looking for?

• You are following at least a HBO or Horeca related course;

• You are available for for at least 20 weeks, during the week and also at the weekend;

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;

• You are solution-oriented and quest-oriented with a smile.

• An internship allowance of € 750,00 gross per month, on a full-time basis (38 hours per week);
