In short, as Duty Management Trainee, you will be at the heart of the daily operations and ensure that every guest leaves the hotel satisfied and happy to return. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for maintaining our service standards and making our guests' lives easier. To do this, you will work closely with all departments in the hotel to come up with creative ways to exceed our guests' expectations. In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of all guests and colleagues. You will ensure a safe emergency exit route and respond to fire alarms, unusual situations and accidents. In short, you are the first responder within the hotel.
