We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing excellent guest service, and managing a team of employees.


Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations.


Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
  • Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.


Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Resolve guests issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Knowledge of Opera Cloud..
  6. Ability to handle challenging situations and make sound decisions.


Education and Experience:

  • HBO/MBO
  • 1-2 years experience in Duty Manager role.
  • Previous experience in Hospitality is preferred.
