We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing excellent guest service, and managing a team of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Resolve guests issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud..
- Ability to handle challenging situations and make sound decisions.
Education and Experience:
- HBO/MBO
- 1-2 years experience in Duty Manager role.
- Previous experience in Hospitality is preferred.
