Duty Manager - Amsterdam

As Duty Manager you are responsible for the operational side of the F&B, housekeeping and maintenance team. During your shift it is your responsibility to better the quality of the team and guide the team when necessary. You will be (jointly) responsible for:

·         Making sure the F&B team is fully staffed;

·         Recruitment process in finding and coaching of new team members;

·         Preparing and scheduling the appraisal interviews;

·         Checking the monthly stock;

·         Coordinating within the 3 departments;

·         Spot checks of the rooms and public areas;

·         Performing quality checks;

·         Contact person for guests when they have any comments;

·         You are part of the management team together with the Front Office Manager and you will be reporting straight to the General Manager;
