We are looking for an Engineer:
- Who will troubleshoot and repair equipment, facilities, and systems (including HVAC and electrical)
- Who will execute preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
- Who will perform Mechanical-Maintenance: such as Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration, air-conditioning etc.
- Who will work with BMS (Building Management System) operation
- Who will supervise on guest safety and fire safety
- Who will do plumbing, repairs to (kitchen) equipment, installations, facilities and lighting
- Who will assist external companies with renovations, major repairs and maintenance
- Preferably with previous experience as an Engineer
- Who has a passion for hospitality
