We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and commercial Events manager for our Events team. Under the leadership of the Management, you will be responsible for optimal staffing in the field of events. You are accountable to the Management.

The tasks and responsibilities are:

• Taking room reservations and events,
• Preparing activities related to event management,
• Handling events from A to Z: this varies from meetings of 10 people to multi-day meetings of 300 people, high teas to gala dinners of 500 people in our beautiful Kurzaal,
• Communication to own and other departments about banqueting meetings and groups,
• Provide guided tours / site inspections to potential new customers,
• Handling and processing requests on a daily basis,
• After sales,
• Providing various overviews regarding reservations.
