We are looking for an Executive Chef with strong focus on Meetings & Events!

Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms, conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport. The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, LimeHome apartments, World of Karaoke and Restaurant Azura. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Chef:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of guest dining throughout the hotel and Amsterdam Congress Center.

  • Work proactively to enhance guest satisfaction, promptly resolving inquiries and issues.

  • Develop and implement strategies that align with kitchen initiatives and hotel goals.

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team, promoting growth, development, and high performance.

  • Manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost control, inventory management, and productivity targets are met.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the food offerings to drive financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all legislation, delivering best practices in due diligence and internal/external audit procedures.
