As a Front Office Star, you will be the shining face of our APARTHOTEL, which boasts an impressive 8.7 review score on booking.com, placing it among the top hotels in Rotterdam. In this role, you are the first point of contact for our guests, warmly welcoming and checking them in.

You provide them with relevant information about the hotel and the surroundings, ensuring a smooth resolution of any complaints. Additionally, you manage the cash register system and keep an eye on a tidy workspace. As a Front Office Star, you collaborate with an enthusiastic, guest-oriented, and young team.

Together, we strive for the highest standard of service. In addition to your duties at the reception, you also act as a liaison to other departments, support the reservation team, and maintain daily administration.
