What will you do?
As a Food & Beverage supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising the ambitious F&B team, specifically for our breakfast service. Early morning shifts are not a problem for you! You will lead the team together with the F&B Outlet manager. Together, you ensure that guests have an optimal gastronomic experience through personal attention, attention to detail, and your passion for Food & Beverage. Since our F&B outlet consists of multiple departments including the Palmboom restaurant, our Pastorie Bar, Room Service, and our Meeting & Events department, your work will be different every day. In a creative way, you contribute to the success and revenue growth of these F&B outlets.
Your new work environment, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center, is a 4-star business hotel belonging to the Radisson Hotel Group. The hotel has 252 luxurious rooms, the De Palmboom restaurant, the historic Pastorie Bar, a fitness room, and also offers various facilities for meetings and conferences for groups of up to 200 people. Who are you?
Our new colleague is enthusiastic and has a great passion for his/her profession. You are very skilled in à la carte service and have good communication skills. You have some experience in leading within a hospitality environment and always strive to further develop both yourself and the team. You can quickly adapt to various (unforeseen) situations and have a flexible attitude. We are looking for a colleague who has the same “Yes I Can!” mentality and strives with the team to provide the best service and quality for our guests.
Furthermore, you have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a (luxury) hospitality environment
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Availability to work in the weekends
- Applicants from outside the European Union must have a valid work and residence permit. Without this, we cannot process your application.
