The Radisson Blu Hotel in the heart of Amsterdam is urgently looking for an F&B Manager for its F&B outlets. Are you a true foodie, and do you write Hospitality and Growth with a capital H and G? Then come and talk to us about this highly challenging position!

You will be responsible for:

leading and operationally guiding a fun and motivating employee experience in the breakfast and bar outlets of our Food & Beverage department
a great guest experience during our breakfast hours and our Pastorie Bar for cocktails, fingerfood and dinner.
the revenue targets in all these outlets to be reached

We would ideally like to get in touch with someone who:

has supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment
understands that there is no I in TEAM
has excellent communicative skills
is quality-driven and service-oriented
displays a high degree of motivation and positive energy
is fluent in English, and preferably also in Dutch
is used to a flexible work schedule
knows how to adjust a flexible work schedule to ever-changing circumstances
